40-room, seven-story limestone townhouse on Manhattan's Upper East Side. Originally purchased by Les Wexner for $13.2 million in 1989, then transferred to Epstein in 1998 for what property records suggest was as little as $0. Wexner later claimed Epstein 'misappropriated vast sums.' The FBI raided the property on July 6, 2019, discovering a locked safe containing CDs, cash, diamonds, and a fake Saudi passport.
Sold in 2021 for $51 million; proceeds went to the Victims' Compensation Fund.
