1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Inside Epstein's Phone ("epsteinsphone.com," "the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Site.
2. Purpose & Nature of the Site
Inside Epstein's Phone is an educational and documentary resource that presents publicly available information related to the Jeffrey Epstein case. The Site organizes court documents, FBI records, flight logs, victim testimony, correspondence, and profiles of key figures into an interactive iPhone-themed interface.
The Site is read-only. It does not allow user submissions, comments, uploads, or any form of user-generated content.
3. Content Sources & Accuracy
All content is sourced from publicly available records including:
- Federal court filings from Giuffre v. Maxwell (15-cv-07433, SDNY) and United States v. Maxwell (21-cr-00330, SDNY)
- Documents released under the Epstein Files Transparency Act
- FBI records obtained through FOIA requests
- Publicly released flight logs entered as court exhibits
- Trial transcripts from the Maxwell trial (Nov–Dec 2021)
- Investigative journalism and published reporting
Some content, including messages and communications, is reconstructed from court-documented exchanges. The Site should not be used as a primary legal source without independent verification.
4. Important Disclaimers
Not an Accusation of Guilt
Inclusion of any individual's name does not constitute an accusation of criminal activity. Appearing in flight logs, contact books, or correspondence does not imply involvement in or knowledge of any criminal conduct.
Sensitive Subject Matter
This Site presents information related to sex trafficking and sexual abuse of minors. Content is drawn from court records for educational purposes. Viewer discretion is advised.

The iPhone-style interface is a design conceit for navigation. The Site is not affiliated with Apple Inc. and does not replicate any actual device's data.

Court documents and government records are in the public domain. The Site's compilation, design, code, and editorial commentary are our intellectual property. Images are sourced from court exhibits and publicly available materials.
6. Permitted Use
You may use this Site for personal, educational, and research purposes. You may not:
- Use content to harass, threaten, or defame any individual
- Reproduce the design for commercial purposes without permission
- Scrape or bulk-download content for redistribution
- Compromise the Site's security or availability
- Present content in a misleading or defamatory context
7. Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
